Production of Strawberry-Based Wine
SFPCL intends to establish a strawberry wine production facility leveraging the abundant local availability of raw strawberries. Market studies indicate that the production of strawberry wine is limited in India, presenting an opportunity to enter a niche segment.
The facility will process locally sourced strawberries into strawberry wine for commercial supply, forming an integral part of the Company's value-added strawberry product portfolio. This initiative is expected to enhance value realization for farmers and expand the Company's presence in the processed fruit products market.
