Strawberry Pulp Production
SFPCL has established a strawberry pulping unit to process strawberries stored throughout the year. The unit enables aseptic extraction and storage of strawberry pulp, ensuring consistent quality and availability.
The processed strawberry pulp is supplied to food processing companies for use in products such as ice cream, jams, chocolates, and beverages, supporting year-round industrial supply. This facility forms an integral part of the Company's integrated strawberry supply chain, enhancing value addition and price realization for farmers.
